Ex-England striker Alan Shearer has dismissed Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford as having fun playing football.

The 24-year-old started in the FA Cup third-round win over Aston Villa 1-0 on Monday night. But the results were very disappointing and were substituted from the field in the late ufabet game.

Shearer, who watched the game while on duty, saw Rashford seem bored and unhappy on the pitch.

“I think he improved a little bit in the first half,” Shearer said. I know he has a problem with confidence. Miracles off the field

“But of course many times this season everything seems boring. It was like a hard job for him. He doesn’t seem to enjoy his football game very much.”

“I understand, it’s a learning curve. You learn how to overcome it. There were 1-2 encouraging signs in the first half, of course, he asked a lot of questions before when he played on the left. I spoke about the lack of play on the flanks before the game.

“It’s not the case. He did well there. And then he switched to the right. So it’s a little bit better for him.

On social media, he posted: ‘We’ve all been disappointed with recent performances and we’ve been as disappointed with the news coverage questioning our commitment to not only the manager and the coaching staff but the club.
