French outlet L’Equipe have report that Bayern Munich have agreed a new contract with France winger Kingsley Coman after several rounds of negotiations.
Recently, Sky German media reported that Serge Gnabry is another key player that Bayern are negotiating a new contract. The famous team in Bavaria is confident that an agreement can be reach.
Gnabry has a current contract with Bayern until 2023. While the new contract is expect to cost around €15 million per year, similar to Kingsley Coman.
The 26-year-old has made 151 appearances for the Tigers, scoring 58 goals and assisting 37 assists, leading the team to three Bundesliga titles. One UEFA Champions League title and Two-time DFB-Pokal Champion.
The natural thought would be that the presence of both Leroy Sane. And Coman might give Gnabry at least some hesitancy to extend his deal. Or that the Germany international is going to increase his own asking price for a salary based on the respective salaries of Sane and Coman.
Maybe that is the case and maybe not. Whatever happens, it can be assume that Gnabry’s talks will be heating up once again in the coming weeks. With so many extensions already completed this season, Gnabry’s new deal with Bayern Munich seems like it will just be a matter of time before it comes to fruition.
